Let’s get to know each other before making the leap. Simply fill out our questionnaire and we'll be in touch to have a casual chat.

As a paid consultant, we’ll work side-by-side with your thermal assessor and architect/designer to ensure your home dreams come true by assessing construction costs and enhancing buildability before submitting to DA/CDC. Following approval and finalised drawings, we'll provide a final proposal.

Time to formalise our partnership and go to contract. Once the legal stuff is out of the way, the fun begins. We'll onboard you with access to an accurate and real-time timeline for you to reference throughout construction, establish channels for communication and send you a calendar invite for our weekly site meetings.

With most of the selections & details already decided during the pre-construction process, construction should be smooth sailing. You'll always be in the loop with our regular progress updates and weekly site meetings.

Time to move in! We’ll hand over your keys and discuss how to operate, maintain and make the most out of your new high performance home.

We prefer long goodbyes. With 3 and 12 month check ins to ensure everything is running smoothly, you can sleep well knowing we’re a call away.

Certified Passivhaus
The world’s best standard in thermal performance & indoor air quality, Certified Passivhaus homes are planned, optimised and verified with the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) and include:
